The 3 Cheerleaders
Memorial Scholarship

Alicia Rix and Taylore’ Hall  were both students at Sylvan Hills High School in Sherwood.  Jae Lynn Russell attended North Pulaski High School In Jacksonville.  All three girls were outgoing students, cheerleaders and involved in their school’s athletic programs.

On March 18, 2004, these three friends were enjoying Spring Break when a tragic car accident ended their lives at the crossing of Hwy‘s 89 and 5.  The location is now known as “Angel‘s Crossing“.

The three girls families have established this scholarship in their daughter’s names as a way to continue their legacies.   They feel strongly that each person is created differently with unique strengths and talents.  For that reason, this scholarship is open to any type of accredited higher education, collegiate or vocational.
